Earning his real estate license in 2006, Johnny has “been there and done that.” Born in Austin and raised in Liberty Hill, he earned a B.A. in Environmental Science from Concordia University at Austin, where he met his wife of 22 years, Meredith. With a varied background of digging ditches as a teen to lifeguarding as a college student, owning a landscaping company and building his home, Johnny has done a little bit of everything, which gives him a well-rounded experience when working with his clients.
You might even say that Johnny had an interesting introduction to buying and selling at an early age. Although not common at all these days, Johnny and his family were trappers when he was still a young boy. He learned the art of negotiation when selling the furs and that skill stayed with him (and has been honed) over the years.
In a nutshell, Johnny’s passions are God, family, hunting, fishing, training the family labradors, and Krav Maga (a form of mixed martial arts).
Having met Johnny while in college, life has been one adventure after another. Also a REALTOR®, Meredith is the team’s administrative support and handles much of the marketing, coordinating and scheduling. While Johnny is the “big picture” person, Meredith tends to handle all the tasks to make the big picture happen. It’s a match made in heaven.
With a B.A. in Communication from Concordia, Meredith’s background has been in Human Resources, risk management, graphic design, web design, and marketing…often all at the same time. She believes idle hands are the devil’s playground and you won’t find her sitting still very often.
Meredith enjoys homeschooling their two teens, big adventures and long road trips, reading, writing, gardening, quilting, and organizing and re-organizing…everything.
She comes to the team with a background in elementary education (some of you might recognize her if your children have been in Georgetown ISD). An Aggie through and through, Hannah has a passion for real estate and a heart for helping people.
